Service Commitment:

   At Beauty By Sumit , we are committed to delivering exceptional beauty services. 


Refund and complaint


We donot offer refund on a service already done and paid for. If you are unhappy with our service, you must inform us immediately before leaving the salon.We have a redo-policy in place to offer a free redo within 3 days of service been provided. 


Client Satisfaction:

   We prioritize client satisfaction. If you have any concerns about the service during your visit, please inform us immediately before you pay for the service. We will make every effort to address and resolve the issue to ensure your satisfaction.


Appointment Changes:

   Deposits made for appointments are non-refundable. Any changes to the appointment schedule are subject to our standard policy, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the agreed-upon appointment times.


Product Purchases:

   All sales of products are final. Refunds or exchanges for products purchased at our salon are not offered. Clients are encouraged to seek advice and information before making a purchase.



   Deposits for special services or group appointments are non-refundable. These deposits secure your reservation and contribute to the commitment required to accommodate specific requests.


Note: Our no refund policy is in place to ensure fairness and consistency in our business practices as we have a high cost of running the salon, products, wages , time and utilities For any questions or concerns, please discuss them with our staff before scheduling or during your visit.
